Great watercolors. I expecially like the angle of the last one.

And I know what you mean about regretting not using better paper. It's often enough that I end up with something I really like on an envelope or back of a flyer and it isn't fair. ;)

Even though you didn't get out, I still think you got some good stuff done! I was mostly indoors too, from the weather. And I like your pumpkins. Off on a tangent, we got minature white pumpkins here, entirely by accident. We threw an old tiny white one from last year into the compost and it grew. L...

Such a great place to sketch. I'd been there a couple years ago when I was visiting friends and I wished I'd had a better camera to bring more of it home.

Thanks! As for posting pictures, you need to use BBCode instead of HTML. And you must have your images hosted somewhere on the web that allows that sort of thing. Next, there's also quick buttons to help you when making a post here. When you've got a new post page open, make sure you've got the exac...

I like your drawings just as they are, especially the first one of the tree. Still, it could be fun to try some digital coloring after the fact - and it wouldn't alter your work physically.

That sounds like a cool spot to draw. I spent most of my day split between home and my studio in an old mill in Indian Orchard, MA. I'd have liked to get some mill drawings in - cool old brick and such - but it was such a drippy cold day I was too wimpy to sit out in the rain.

Nice. You had some great things to sketch on hand. I especially like your pencil-only door and arch piece. Lively lines. :D

Sketchcrawl Massachusetts

This was fun! I didn't have as much time out of the day to do it as sunday is my day for chores and some little jobs, but I got a few pages down, at home in Springfield, and then in Indian Orchard at my mill studio/office. I did this all on some recycled brown craft paper I've been wanting to try an...
