Re: New Zealand [RESULTS]

Wow, it's great to see so many classic New Zealand architectural styles represented here. I like the pheonix palm (I know what you mean about the spikes form personal experience, they're nasty) through your bungalow windows, Brian and Jackie's excellent brick and tile. It's fun drawing all those bri...

Re: New Zealand [RESULTS]

Thanks for the invitation Brian. A good idea to have a New Zealand page I reckon as we're all so spread out. I of course wasn't organised anyway. I ended up doing a sketch of Bungalow Bills music shop on Khyber Pass Road. Looking forward to seeing some more kiwi sketches! If anyone is interested we ...

Re: New Plymouth New Zealand [RESULTS] under the mountain

Wow, a prolific effort in New Plymouth! Great sketches and really good to see so many out, and on bikes as well, my personal sketch vehicle of choice. Educational too — I had no idea we pumped oil back then. Great work.

Really nice to see Auckland buzzing with thousands of locals and tourists enjoying the festivities, street performers and variou...

Re: Auckland, New Zealand

Hi Steeven, That's fantastic! Hopefully there might be a few others who read this who might turn up as well. Unfortunately I can't do the afternoon though, how are you placed for the morning instead? Cheers, Murray

Auckland, New Zealand

Anyone interested in an Auckland Sketchcrawl? Suggest maybe the waterfront, where there is plenty of new/RWC stuff going on, but totally open to suggestions on where to sketch? Interested?

Hi there, anyone keen this time around for a sketchcrawl in Auckland? We will probably start at the bottom of town and see where we end up.

Nice! I like that guys profile at the Pavilion Gardens - the way he is left uncoloured with the green pencil all around him.
